· You will need to put in the authorization code that came with your NOTION 2.2 (or earlier), NOTION SLE, PROTEGE or PROGRESSION software.
· If you don’t have access to your authorization code, please fill in the rest of the form. Please use the space provided to supply additional information to help us confirm    you as a registered user (e.g. when purchased or email used for authorization etc.)
· Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.
· Once we have confirmed you as a registered user, we will email you a special coupon code. This process should take no more than 1-2 days.
· Type the coupon code in the COUPON CODE box when purchasing NOTION3 from the notionmusic.com and you will receive the appropriate discount. (discount of    $150 US / £100 UK – including VAT).
