Thank you for your interest in our Dead Composers Society.

This venture will give you the opportunity to create music to be included in our Performance Repertoire. Please download the documents relevant to your country of residence and read through them carefully. Fill out the Dead Composers Society information form (Schedule C) and appropriate tax form and mail it to the address listed below. Submissions will not be accepted until both of these forms are on file (you will be notified when we've received your paperwork). All submissions must be entered into either NOTION or PROTÉGÉ.
